1. General Agreement

By submitting your information and entering the premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Policies and Rules. SwishCourt Management reserves the right to interpret these rules and make final decisions on all matters not explicitly covered in these terms.

2. Bookings, Reservations, and Privacy

  • Operating Hours: 4:00 PM to 9:00 AM, Monday through Sunday.
  • Reservation Process: All bookings must be made in advance via swishcourtclub.com. To lock in your court, full payment must be completed immediately.
  • Data Privacy: By providing your contact information, you agree to receive booking confirmations and occasional marketing updates from SwishCourt. Your data is kept secure and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Duration: Minimum booking is 1 hour.
  • Cancellations: We strictly follow a no-refund policy for “no-shows” or last-minute cancellations.
  • Voucher: Voucher will be available soon for rebooking.

3. Health and Physical Fitness

  • Health Representation: By booking or entering the court, you certify that you are in good physical condition and have no medical impairments or conditions that would prevent safe participation.
  • Assumption of Risk: SwishCourt is an open facility. By using the court, guests confirm they are physically capable of participation and accept all inherent risks related to physical activity.

4. Children and Pets

  • Children: Minors must be under the constant supervision of a parent or guardian. Children are not permitted to run across active courts.
  • Pets: We are a pet-friendly facility with the following strict requirements:
    • Diaper Policy: All pets must wear a pet diaper at all times while on the premises.
    • Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times.
    • Court Access: Pets are not allowed on the actual playing surface (the court).
    • Behavior: Aggressive or excessively noisy pets must be removed upon request.

5. Weather Conditions (Rebooking)

  • In the event of rain or natural disasters, we offer rebooking only.
    • Up to 40 minutes of play: Eligible for a full 1-hour rebooking.
    • Over 40 minutes of play: The hour is considered consumed.
  • Rebooking Window: Must be completed within one (1) month, or the credit will be forfeited.

6. Equipment Rental

  • Rates: Paddle rackets (P100) and balls (P50) are available for rent.
  • Security Deposit: A valid government-issued ID is required for all rentals and will be returned upon the safe return of equipment in good condition.

7. Facility Rules and Attire

  • Proper Attire: Shirts and non-marking athletic rubber shoes must be worn on the courts.
  • Food & Drink: No food, gum, candy, or snacks on the courts. Only water and sports drinks  are permitted.
  • Smoke-Free: Smoking, chewing tobacco, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited.

8. Liability and Property

  • Personal Property: SwishCourt is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought onto the premises.
  • Parking: Parking is at the owner’s risk. SwishCourt is not liable for any damage or loss involving vehicles parked on or near the premises.
  • Medical Costs: SwishCourt is not liable for medical costs or emergency response services incurred on the premises.
  • Damage: You are liable for any damage to the facility or theft of property caused by you, your children, or your pets.

9. Conduct

  • Conduct: We maintain a family-oriented environment. Management reserves the right to remove anyone displaying aggressive behavior or poor sportsmanship.

10. Complaints

  • All complaints must be submitted in writing and signed. Management decisions regarding complaints shall be final and binding.
